I've spent nearly two decades building, acquiring, and operating energy assets across Texas, Oklahoma, and beyond. My career has always lived at the intersection of deal-making and operations — from managing a $20M equity portfolio in private equity to co-founding and running oil and gas companies with hundreds of wells and thousands of acres of leasehold.

Today, I'm Chairman and CEO of United Energy Corporation, a publicly traded energy company (OTC: UNRG) I've led since October 2019. I also lead M&A strategy and operations at Galaga Resources — an energy-sector consultancy where I've spent over a decade on deal sourcing, acquisition strategy, and capital structuring.

I started at 4G Private Equity, where I managed a $20M equity portfolio and funded startups in alternative energy and E&P. From there I became CFO of Petrolia Group, orchestrating over $40M in transactions including a $35M divestiture that delivered approximately 500% ROI. In 2013 I joined Galaga Resources on M&A strategy, and in 2015 I co-founded Mac 5 Operating in the Texas Panhandle — raising over $6M across five named transactions. Along the way I advised Deeprock on blockchain applications in energy and ran capital raises at Seven P Capital. The thread through all of it is the same: find undervalued energy assets, structure the capital to acquire them, and operate them better than anyone expected.
